Rumour: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Switch Port Being Teased

A couple of weeks ago, Activision finally revealed that Crash 4: It’s About Time would be coming to the Nintendo Switch. It follows a trend of late ports from the publisher, with Crash Bandicoot: N.Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy both receiving late ports to the platform. It’s clear that Activision has every intention on bringing games to the platform and it’s often a case of when and not if it will happen. Now it looks like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will soon be coming to Nintendo Switch.

Nothing has been confirmed or officially revealed as yet, but a series of tweets have made it quite clear that it’s happening. The first of these came a couple of hours ago when Tony Hawk himself tweeted about Crash 4 coming to new platforms and asking if they could hook him up. It led to the official Crash Bandicoot twitter account looping in the Activision account and now the official Nintendo of America account has joined in as well. Obviously there’s nothing concrete as of now, but this follows the exact sort of thinly veiled social media “teasing” that more and more brands have started adopting in recent years. As such, we wouldn’t be surprised if an announcement on Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 coming to Nintendo Switch in the very, very near future.
