Overcooked! All You Can Eat Is A PS5 Launch Title

October 31, 2020

When Overcooked! All You Can Eat was announced earlier this year it was given a generic 2020 release date, with no further indication on when we could expect it. Now, with just over a week to go until launch, Team 17 and Ghost Town Games have confirmed that Overcooked! All You Can Eat will release for PS5 digitally on November 12th.

Yes, that does mean that while Overcooked! All You Can Eat will be a digital PS5 launch title, it also confirms that the game will miss launch for the Xbox Series X|S consoles. That release, along with physical editions of the game will release later this year as well. Alongside the announcement of the release date, and in addition to the previously confirmed enhancements, we also got confirmation of some of the new content people can expect from the game.

There are three new chefs coming to the game, with the Axolotl Chef, Unbread Chef and the Everpeckish Chef (who you might recognise if you’ve previously played an Overcooked! game). There’s also seven new spooky kitchens coming to the game, which include additional traps and encumbrances to overcome.

Overcooked! All You Can Eat releases digitally on PS5 on November 12th, with Xbox Series X|S and physical versions coming later this year.
