Ubisoft’s E3 Conference had very little we weren’t expecting, but everything we did expect was expanded on and detailed to a pretty satisfying degree.
Despite some mic issues, where both positive and negative backstage talk was heard for a little too long, all of Ubisoft’s big titles got pretty extensive gameplay reveals, and some interesting developments, including Beond

- We couldn’t escape a year without Just Dance, and while no gameplay was seen, a parade lead by an incredibly fabulous panda-suited dancer announced Just Dance 2019
- Beyond Good & Evil 2 was detailed, and an open call for fan artworks and music was put out for inclusion in the game
- Trials Rising was announced, with plenty of beautiful bone-crunching crashes
- The Division 2 has “years” of content planned, and 8-player raids for its endgame
- Skull & Bones was shown off, with a focus on its ship battles and customization options

- Live-action VR game Transference received a new trailer, presented by Elijah Wood
- A live performance of Donkey Kong music heralded more gameplay footage of the Donkey Kong Adventure DLC for Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle
- For Honor: Marching Fire was announced, and will bring China to the game, as well as a new Breach Mode
- Star Fox will be included as part of the Switch release of Starlink: Battle for Atlas on launch
- The Crew 2‘s open beta starts on 21 June, next week!
- Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey was formally announced and is coming 5 October, this year
