PlayerUnknown himself has taken to the stage during Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2017 press conference to announce that the newest craze in gaming, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, will receive a timed console exclusive launch on Xbox One later this year.
Coming to the Xbox Preview Program, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds will allow players without a PC to take part in the game’s unique battle royale-styled gameplay, as they fight to be the final survivor of the 100 players airdropped onto the island. The game will also receive Xbox One X support, including HDR and 4K support.
