To help make finding the reveals as easily as possible, I’ve put together this handy round up with ll the games confirmed, as well as some highlights from the Direct.

One of the big highlights was the first footage of Runner3, which was also confirmed to be a Nintendo Switch exclusive. Stardew Valley was shown, with it releasing in Winter with console-first multiplayer functions. Yooka-Laylee didn’t have a Nintendo Switch release date confirmed, but it was confirmed that the game will ship with multiplayer ‘perfect for the Nintendo Switch’.

There were also a number of games announced for the first time, like Steamworld Dig 2 and Pocket Fighter, the latter of which ia also a Nintendo Switch exclusive. We also found out that games Mr. Shifty and Graceful Explosion Machine will launch first on Nintendo Switch. If you’re a fan of Advance Wars than make sure to check out Wargroove and if you like metroidvanias than have a looked at the Australian-developed Hollow Knight.

There’s simply too much here to go into full detail, with a whopping 67 independent games confirmed to release for the Switch this year, with Nintendo promising new games every week on the eshop. Make sure to watch through Nintendo Direct below and see some of the awesome games coming to Nintendo Switch.
