Monster Hunter Generations coming Winter 2016

April 15, 2016

The latest Monster Hunter title, Monster Hunter Generations, will be available this winter in Australia and New Zealand, according to a new press release from Nintendo Australia, although an exact release date is not known at this time.

Monster Hunter Generations is available for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, and opens up new gameplay mechanics for longtime fans, such as Hunter Styles – allowing players to tailor their hunter with one of four very different styles, such as the Aerial Style. Each style comes with Hunter Arts, unique special abilities, that allow experimentation and even more customisation.

A new Prowler mode also allows players to take on quests as a Felyne (is it still a pun when you only change one letter?), and can be sent out on quests in both single and multiplayer modes.

If you have Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate save data on your 3DS system, you can also expect to receive a bonus item pack including an exclusive Palico armour set, potions, in-game money and more, when you play Monster Hunter Generations.
