The eagle-eyed folks at Nintendo Everything have discovered that paid multiplayer DLC is coming to Luigi’s Mansion 3. This comes from the game’s own Nintendo Switch eShop listing, which recently went live allowing players to pre-order and pre-download the title onto their console.

Not a lot of information is known, other than the DLC will be coming in the future and add content to the ScareScaper and ScreamPark multiplayer modes. ScareScaper is a co-op mode supporting up to eight players online or locally where you team up to rescue Toads. ScreamPark is a party mode for up to eight players locally where a Luigi team will compete against a Gooigi team in various challenges such as seeing who can defeat the most ghosts, collect the most coins or break the most targets.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 will be released on 31st October this year.
