E3 2018: Forza Horizon 4 Edinburgh Looks Perfect

We’ve been scouring through each second of the Forza Horizon 4 launch trailer and can now comfortably confirm that Edinburgh will be one of the cities featured in the game. The Forza Horizon 4 Edinburgh shots we see in the trailer show cars screaming past the Scott Monument – a Victorian Gothic structure that dates back to the early 19th century, with Edinburgh Castle in the background.

Forza Horizon 4 brings the franchise to the home of Playground Games: Britain. It will include an array of new features such as seasonal changes, 60FPS on console, purchasable property and custimisable avatars. The social side of things will also take the spotlight in Forza Horizon 4, with all new easy to use chat shortcuts and an always-online aspect where all players will be experiencing the same season, weather conditions, and day/night cycle as you.

Xbox also announced during the E3 2018 press conference that they have acquired Playground Games, securing them under the Microsoft Studios umbrella.
