Final Forza Horizon 4 Spring Seasons Change Everything Stream

August 1, 2018

It’s been a fun four weeks and we’re now pretty confident in our knowledge of Forza Horizon 4, so join us for the final Seasons Change Everything stream as we check out the Forza Horizon 4 Spring season.

Last week, we got frosty with the Winter season in Forza Horizon 4. Previously, Autumn was covered here, and Summer was covered here.

Spring is looking wet and wild as the snow melts away from Britain. We see snow on the peaks of mountains, but the main obstacle in the Forza Horizon 4 spring season appears to be puddles. The roads are almost always wet, but potholes will be filled with water, and off-road racing is looking very wet.

Team Adventures are a new type of online multiplayer that will have 6 versus 6 gameplay varying from races to different types of mini-games such as zombie infection. Similar to the Forzathon group objectives, in Team Adventure mode you’re only as good as the tail end of your team, so you’re going to have to work together to win. It looks like a whole lot of fun, and a great mode to jump in to if you don’t want anything too intense.

Finally in the Forza Horizon 4 Spring stream, we get to take a close look at the city of Edinburgh. There were a couple of glimpses of it in the E3 2018 announcement trailer, but this time we get to see Playground Games take us on a drive along the coast towards the city. As they jump off the famous Arthur’s Seat, the city of Edinburgh is revealed. With lots of long stretches of straight road, a medium amount of traffic, and beautiful historic scenery, Edinburgh looks exactly how you would assume it to look. It’s very different to the re-creation of Surfers Paradise from Forza Horizon 3, and looks just as good at night.

It was also revealed during the Edinburgh drive-through that there will be businesses to purchase throughout the Forza Horizon 4 story which will give you a new source of income in the series. With a dozen houses and hundreds of cars to purchase in-game, along with car mods and outfits for your character, you’re going to be wanting to earn in-game cash by any means possible, so stay tuned to Rocket Chainsaw to find out more about the Forza Horizon 4 businesses.
