Call of Duty: WWII Officially Revealed with Trailer

After earlier leaks, Activision has officially unveiled the next Call of Duty title, going back to the franchise’s roots with Call of Duty: WWII.

Along with a proper cinematic reveal trailer, Activision have also detailed the game’s new multiplayer, which “delivers a new approach to character and create-a-class through Divisions, War, an all-new narrative multiplayer mode of play, and Headquarters, a first of its kind for the Call of Duty social community, designed for players to interact and socialise with friends.”

More information is expected to come at E3.

As is always the case, there’s plenty of versions and pre-order incentives for the game, which Activision has detailed:

  • Base Edition and Digital Base Edition – Suggested Retail Price AUD$99.95 / NZD$109.95.
  • Digital Deluxe Edition – Season Pass** and more, AUD$149.95 / NZD$169.95.
  • Pro Edition – Season Pass**, collectible SteelbookTM and more, AUD$139.95 / NZD$159.95

Certain retailers will also offer access to the Private Beta.

COD: WWII launches on 3 November.
