EPOS Announces H3 Wired Gaming Headset

April 20, 2021

You may remember EPOS for their recent headset releases under the EPOS Sennheiser brand, all of which have been pretty darn good so far. Now, after releasing headsets under the amalgamated brand for some time, EPOS are now beginning to release their first products solely under their own brand. The first of these is a EPOS H3 Wired Gaming Headset, an analogue wired gaming headset.

As with everything EPOS related, the H3 Wired Gaming Headset is said to take advantage of their long history of high audio quality. The company also points to improved audio technology that delivers the cues needed for quick reaction times in game (ie. low latency between video and sound). The headset comes with connectors to a console controller via a single 3.5mm jack, as well as split 3.5mm connectors for use with a PC.

EPOS are also touting that the headset will have fantastic mic quality, allowing for super clear communication in game, as well as being super comfortable, which have both been hallmarks of their other recent headsets. Coming in at a retail cost of $179 AUD, the H3 Wired Gaming Headset definitely isn’t coming in at the low end of headset costs, but is still relatively affordable.

The EPOS H3 Wired Gaming Headset is available for purchase right now from EPOS directly and from select retailers.
