Sega have released a nostalgic trailer for the Mega Drive Mini console.

Those alive in the 90’s may remember Sega’s notorious “Sega does what NintenDON’T” ad campaign during the heated console wars of the era. In hindsight, now the two companies are on much friendlier terms to the point Sonic is a regular inclusion in Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. series.

The trailer for the Mega Drive Mini doesn’t feature the “NintenDON’T” part of their classic campaign, but it absolutely reeks of glorious 90’s nostalgia. Check it out at the bottom of this article.

The Sega Mega Drive Mini console will be released on 19th September in Australia. It will have 42 games including Sonic the Hedgehog and Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle.
