Planes, trains and automobiles, or maybe wingsuits, snowboards and BMX bikes are about to unleash chaos in Ubisoft’s latest extreme sport game, check out everything we know about the Riders Republic reveal from this morning’s Ubisoft Forward event.
Riders Republic is an open-world massively-multiplayer-online game where you can show off your biggest stunts in events with 50+ other players. In true Ubisoft style, the game appears to be a spiritual successor to Steep, which included two of the three styles of gameplay revealed today. Players can customise not just their character but also the world with skins and textures as you work towards pulling off the craziest stunts to get mad street cred. Do you have what it takes?
There’s also a sneak peak at the Riders Republic map which is a mash-up of national parks such as Bryce Canyon, Yosemite Valley, Mammoth Mountain and more. Expect all kinds of environments from snow to desert and more when Riders Republic launches in February next year, just one week after Far Cry 6.
