Sony has announced the PS Plus freebies for September 2019 will be Batman: Arkham Knight and Darksiders III. Both titles will be available to download from 3rd September.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the final chapter in Rocksteady’s Arkham series. Once again players assume the role of the capped crusader himself, Batman, as he attempts to rescue Gotham from the menacing Scarecrow. Joining Scarecrow is a mysterious new villain, the Arkham Knight, who proves to be more than a match for our hero. In the game players will once again utilise Batman’s gadgets and detective abilities, as well as drive the Batmobile around the streets of Gotham.

Darksiders III is the third entry to the Darksiders franchise and focuses on the story of Fury, the most unpredictable and enigmatic of the Four Horseman. Wielding a whip, Fury must track down the Seven Deadly Sins to restore balance between good and evil on Earth. Like previous games in the franchise, Darksiders III is a hack-and-slash action adventure game featuring dungeons and open world environments to explore.
