Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment have officially announced that Monolith Productions are returning to Middle-Earth for a brand new adventure, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War.

The sequel to 2014’s Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor will have you incentives again follow Talion and Celebrimbor as they weird a new Ring of Power. This time around Orcs aren’t your only enemy, as you face off against the Nazgul and Sauron.

The Nemesis System is back and Monolith have expanded it to include new Nemesis Fortresses, which allow you to utilise different strategies to conquer dynamic strongholds. You’ll also meet Followers who bring entirely new stories of loyalty, betrayal and revenge.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor releases on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows 10 PC on August 23. It will also be part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program.
