June 15, 2021

A surprising new IP from Arkane Austin was unveiled at the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase at E3 2021, named Redfall, with a cinematic trailer showing off the aesthetic, characters and humor of the game, which is targeting a Summer 2022 release.

Arkane Austin, who developed Prey and Dishonored, have created Redfall to be an open-world co-op FPS, with both single player options and multiplayer up to four-player. Set in the quaint island town of Redfall, Massachusetts, a legion of vampires have attacked, blocking out the sun and cutting the island off from the outside world. Players choose from a diverse roster of heroes, with different loadouts, to overcome the blood-sucking baddies.
