Ubisoft today released patch 1.05 for PlayStation 4 (with Xbox One to follow once the patch has received certification) which brings back the co-op open-world Watch Dogs 2 multiplayer experience that they had to deactivate at launch last week due to it not working properly. The patch includes inviting friends to co-op, hacking into rivals/friends worlds, and Bounty Hunt co-operative mode.
The official statement was posted on Reddit, and also mentions crash fixes and stability improvement. Read the full Watch Dogs 2 multiplayer update announcement from Ubisoft below:

Watch Dogs 2 launched on the 15th of November for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and the Windows PC release is scheduled for November 29. We assume the Watch Dogs 2 multiplayer will be working on Windows PC at launch, but we’ll have to wait and see to be sure.
