PAX Aus has announced a slate of celebrities coming to 2023’s event, headlined by voice actor and star of Dropout and Dimension 20, Erika Ishii, as Storytime Speaker. Erika’s Storytime will kickstart the entire event on Friday 6 October, in the main theatre at 12pm.

In addition to Erika, voice actors Ben Prendergast (Apex Legends, God of War: Ragnarok), Jenny Yokobori (Smite, Street Fighter 6) will also be making appearances at PAX Aus 2023. John Robinson returns with his Twitch series ‘The Dark Room’ at PAX Aus, along with Twitch stars Back Pocket including Goose and Hex.

Developers will also put in several appearances, including a Saturday panel with the team behind Stray Gods – Summerfall Studios, along with the Halfbrick team (Fruit Ninja) and Devolver Digital, presenting a ‘first look’ at their game, Plucky Squire. Sydney-based jazz ensemble The Consouls will also be on hand to delight fans in person on Friday night.
