Forza 7 Demo Available Now

September 20, 2017

Turn 10 has today released a Forza 7 demo ahead of the game’s launch in just two weeks. The demo features three tracks and three different vehicle classes, giving you the opportunity to try out a few different features of the tenth Forza title.

Forza Motorsport 7 has hundreds of cars, however this demo allows you to drive the vehicle which is on the cover: the Porsche 911 GT2 RS on the Dubai circuit’s Jebel Hafeet Pass, as well as the Mercedes-Benz Tankpool racing truck on the Mugello circuit in Italy, and the Nissan NISMO GT-R LM’s on the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit in super wet conditions.

The Forza 7 demo launched alongside the official launch trailer which you can watch below:

We tested out the demo throughout the day and found a few inviting new features to the game, including rare unique costumes for your driver, a new warning system if there is a hazard up ahead, and some thoroughly epic changing weather conditions including sand storms. Unfortunately the demo lacked leaderboards though, as it would be interesting to see how we were comparing with other gamers in the harsh stormy conditions of the Nürburgring.

Rocket Chainsaw went hands-on with Forza Motorsport 7 on the Xbox One X with Chris Bishop, project manager at Turn 10, and said it’s “a game that you can devote hours upon hours to, constantly being rewarded with new cars or events.

Forza Motorsport 7 launches October 3 and is a Play Anywhere title for Xbox One and Windows PC, as well as being the star launch title for the Xbox One X which launches on November 7.
