Paradox Interactive have announced that disaster and destruction are coming to Cities: Skylines in a brand new expansion, Natural Disasters, which will release on November 29th.

Natural Disasters will expand on the award winning Cities: Skylines, bringing a new set of emergent emergencies to the game to harry players as they continue to create and build their cities. Gone are the peaceful days of old, which tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, forest fires, meteor strikes and more coming to make the lives of your city inhabitants as hard as possible. You will need to keep your city safe by investing in early warning systems and disaster response teams – or if you want to watch the world burn you can trigger the natural disasters yourself.

Natural Disasters will be available for Cities: Skylines for PC on November 29th at a price of $14.99 USD and to commemorate the announcement, developer Collosal Order have released a brand new developer diary you can watch below.
