With the launch of the first Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild DLC pack “The Master Trials” now behind us, Nintendo has begun to reveal information about DLC pack 2, with The Champion’s Ballad details being revealed through a couple of official Nintendo sources.
The first is the official Nintendo of Europe Twitter account, where we get 17 seconds of development footage and a confirmation that you will play as Link, however The Champion’s Ballad looks to focus more on Zelda’s story.

As we can see from the development footage, Zelda is heading off on a journey of her own, accompanied by her royal guards. With new Breath of the Wild Amiibo for each of the game’s Champions on the way, we can only imagine that Zelda’s story will intertwine with the four Champions somehow.
Nintendo has also revealed that the famed Lobster shirt from The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker will be making a return in The Champion’s Ballad:

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launched on March 3, 2017 for Wii U and Nintendo Switch. No release date has been revealed yet for The Champion’s Ballad, but check back at Rocket Chainsaw regularly as we bring you all the latest news for Breath of the Wild and other Nintendo Switch games.
