Today Bethesda has released a new trailer for the upcoming Morrowind expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online. Vivec City is one of the larger cities in Vvardenfell, the island that the Morrowind expansion is set on, and is displayed in the new trailer, along with what to expect if you choose to be an assassin or a thief.

We went hands on with The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind on the weekend in the official closed beta and found Vivec to be a sprawling city still under construction.
