E3 2018: Get Ready to Die Again and Again In Prey Mooncrash


It was only a year ago that Prey was released to critical acclaim, but since then the team at Arkane has been relatively quiet – Until they recently started teasing a potential DLC announcement. Well, during the Bethesda E3 Showcase they’ve lifted the lid on a bevy of new content coming coming to the game this year.

Firstly, available tonight are two new free modes for all owners of Prey- New Game+ and Survival Mode, giving you a couple of great reasons to pick the game up again and jump back in.

Secondly, we have a more substantial announcement: MooncrashMooncrash is an infinitely replayable DLC that will take you to the Moon, only for you to die again and again and again. Yes, Prey Mooncrash is a roguelike DLC that will have you traverse procedural levels where you will gradually increase in strength, hone your skills and progress further and further. Prey Mooncrash is also available right now.

Later in the year, another DLC pack will be available for Prey – Typhon HunterTyphon Hunter is a multiplayer mode that will see two teams of players face off against each other, one comprised of humans and the other of Mimics.
