Bandai NAMCO today revealed that starting April 28th, fans will be able to enjoy the first DLC for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: A New Power Awakens.

In part 1 of the new DLC, players will experience Super Saiyan God Goku and Super Saiyan God Vegeta as they battle with the fiery Beerus. The new boss will be level 250, so you’ll need to make sure Goku and Vegeta are best god buddies if you want to take this fierce opponent down.

“Beerus is so strong, my clear rate for this battle is 1 out of 10!” said Hara Ryousuke, producer of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.

Players will also be able to enjoy the use of Super Saiyan God Goku and Super Saiyan God Vegeta throughout the story and open-world of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.

Rocket Chainsaw reviewed Dragon Ball Z Kakarot at launch, giving it 4 stars and saying, “we were kind of hoping that there would be more playable characters at the end of the game and more options to set up some rematches and fantasy fights, perhaps we’ll get more options in the post-game DLC.” It apperas the Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: A New Power Awakens DLC will be doing just that.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: A New Power Awakens Part 1 DLC will launch on April 28th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC platforms for Season Pass holders, with part 2 launching later in the year. For more info, head to the official website.
