It has been announced (thank you Eurogamer) that Zombieland: Double Tap – Road Trip will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch on 15th October this year.

The game is a tie-in to the upcoming film Zombieland: Double Tap starring Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin which is slated for release on 18th October this year. It is a top-down shooter and will feature a story mode set after the events of the first film, a horde mode and weekly challenges. Playable characters include Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock, as well as unannounced new characters from the second film.

The game is being developed by High Voltage Software who were responsible for The Conduit and the recent Nickelodeon Kart Racers. As yet no trailer has been released but you can take a look at some screenshots which we have embedded below.
