Xbox Series X First Party Games Showcase Confirmed

It’s been almost a couple of months now since we got our first look at games coming to the Xbox Series X on a somewhat disappointing episode of Inside Xbox. With expectations high, the complete lack of first party or larger third party games left many people frustrated and annoyed, when they had hoped for something to truly sell them on the next generation console. After the fantastic PlayStation 5 Games Showcase last month, it’s not Xbox’s turn once again, as they show off a number of Xbox Series X first party games in just over a fortnight.

We don’t have specific details on what games will be shown at the show, but we think it’s pretty safe to assume that the already announced Halo Infinite, Everwild and Hellblade II: Senua’s Saga are likely to be there. We also expect some stalwarts like Forza Motorsport to be announced for the platform, along with the likelihood that rumours pointing to Fable and Perfect Dark reboots might come to life there. No matter what gets shown, we’re expecting some great looks at just what the Xbox Series X can truly do with the beefy hardware it has under its hood.

The Xbox Series X First Party games showcase will take place at 2AM AEST on July 24th, and can be watched on the official Xbox YouTube or Twitch channels.
