With Halloween rapidly approaching, it’s the season of scary, and what better way to celebrate than with a super-scary classic? DOOM 3 BFG Edition is now out in stores – it’s the same game that scared you poopless back in the day, except now only moreso. And thanks to Bethesda, Rocket Chainsaw has three copies of the game to give away!
DOOM 3 BFG Edition is a re-mastered re-release of DOOM 3, the horror FPS that has sold over 3.5 million copies. It also includes the add-on pack Resurrection of Evil, as well as an all-new pack of eight levels called ‘The Lost Mission’. If that wasn’t enough DOOM for you, the original DOOM and DOOM II are also bundled in. That’s a lot of awesome metal and brutal shotguns to work your way through. DOOM 3 has also been upgraded with newer technology, featuring enhanced graphics and sound, the ability to hold your flashlight AND a weapon, a checkpoint save system and support for 3D displays and HMDs (like the Oculus Rift).
Since DOOM 3 BFG Edition is coming to PS3, PC and Xbox 360, we have three prize packs to give away – one for each platform (one for PC, one for PS3, one for 360). Each pack also comes with a special DOOM 3 BFG Edition t-shirt that is sure to make you the envy of your friends and local parliament.
