Watch Dogs 2 PC Delayed Two Weeks

October 19, 2016

Ubisoft has revealed in a blog post today that they have been struggling with the PC port of their upcoming AAA release Watch Dogs 2.

In the post, which included PC specs and performance targets, Ubisoft stated that they are committed to ensuring the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 is up to the standard that the PC community expects. “We have made the tough but necessary decision to move the launch date for the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 to November 29th. With this extra time, we’ll be able to ensure that Watch Dogs 2 runs smoothly across a broad range of hardware, as well as add that extra polish to those features which matter the most to our community.

Watch Dogs 2 PC will include support for 4K gaming, have no FPS cap, and full support for dual graphics cards on release.

In Watch Dogs 2, you will play as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker living in the birthplace of the tech revolution, the San Francisco Bay Area.

Team up with Dedsec, a notorious group of hackers, to execute the biggest hack in history; take down ctOS 2.0, an invasive operating system being used by criminal masterminds to monitor and manipulate citizens on a massive scale.
