V-Rally 4 Gymkhana Goes Extreme In New Trailer

August 31, 2018

Bigben Interactive and Kylotonn have today released a new V-Rally 4 Gymkhana gameplay trailer, showing off what they’re calling Extreme-Khana in what becomes the fifth and final discipline to be added to the game ahead of its launch next week.

The V-Rally series finally returns after a sixteen year hiatus, and while the previous game was developed by the team behind the Test Drive Unlimited series, V-Rally 3 is in new safe hands with Kylotonn, having established themselves as a solid racing developer based on the past three official WRC rally games.

Other than the extreme V-Rally gymkhana mode, the four other disciplines in V-Rally 4 are V-Rally Cross, Buggy, Rally, and fan-favourite Hillclimb. This gives the game what some fans might consider a more complete package than last year’s DiRT 4, and it will be interesting to see where the V-Rally franchise heads after this depending on its success.

Become the drift king in the Extreme-Khana in V-Rally 4! From the dunes of the Sahara, the docks of South Africa, amid the shipping containers of an abandoned Michigan warehouse, to the tarmac of Nellis Air Force Base, drivers will have to spend hours training in order to master both the cars and tracks.

V-Rally 4 will launch on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 6, Windows PC on September 25, and Nintendo Switch at an unconfirmed later date. For more information, head to the official V-Rally website here.
