UFC 4 Career Mode Trailer Explains Your Actions

July 31, 2020

With just two weeks until launch, today EA Sports released the official UFC 4 Career Mode trailer. The three minute long trailer explains what’s new in this year’s UFC game, demonstrating that what you do outside of the octagon is just as important as what you do inside it.

Players will now have more control over their character and will need to build relationships through training and other methods to become the greatest fighter of all time. Injuries and other obstacles will also play their part in your UFC 4 career, which EA Sports is calling ‘unscripted’.

Rocket Chainsaw reviewed UFC 3 at launch last year, giving it 4 stars and reporting, “UFC 3 is not perfect, and as the sport itself changes the game will need to adapt, but as ideas get tossed around the table at EA Sports, we can see future UFC games being amongst the must-have sports games of the year.

UFC 4 is the most authentic MMA game ever,” said Brian Hayes, Creative Director, EA SPORTS UFC. “We’ve created a visceral fighting experience that allows players to create their own UFC legacy with Create a Fighter, explore the origins of MMA through our new fighting grounds and be in full control of every strike and takedown with our overhauled core gameplay mechanics.
