Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Free to Play This Weekend

Ubisoft announced yesterday that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege will be free to play from May 17th-21st for PS4 and Xbox One and May 18th – 21st for Windows PC. Players will be able to join in with the 30 million Rainbow Six Community members over this time. Any progress made by players during this free play weekend will be carried over if they purchase the game in the future and there will be a 50% discount running alongside the free play weekend for Standard, Advanced, Gold and Complete Editions of the game. This discount will be available between May 17th and 21st on PC, May 17th and 23rd on PlayStation 4 and May 17th and 28th on Xbox One.

We also got new details on the games latest DLC Pack Operation Para Bellum, which contains two new Italian operators and a new map, The Villa. It will also introduce some new game play improvements, including the Pick & Ban feature. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege – Operation Para Bellum will be fully revealed during the Pro League Finals in Atlantic City on May 20th-21st.
