Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep released as a standalone game

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep was originally the fourth DLC expansion to Borderlands 2, but 2K and Gearbox have announced its release as a separate standalone title named Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure

What’s more, for people playing on PC, on the Epic Games Store the title is now available for free until 16 November. For players on PS4 or Xbox One, it’s a scant AU $14.95.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep was originally a pretty different take on the Borderlands formula, as the game plays out as a weird version of Dungeons & Dragons with the character Tiny Tina as Dungeon Master continually changing the world dynamically to add in characters, enemies and change the way locations appear.

This new version contains the original DLC experience as well as additional new loot and cosmetics. Check out the trailer below:
