Star Wars Jedi Knight II and Jedi Academy coming to Switch and PS4

Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and its sequel, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, have been announced to be coming to Nintendo Switch and PS4.

Jedi Outcast will be released on 24th September while Jedi Academy will be coming in early 2020. The Nintendo Switch versions will support gyro aiming via the joycon controllers. Jedi Academy in particular will feature online multiplayer thanks to Aspyr. It’s unconfirmed if multiplayer will remain in Jedi Outcast – it’s worth noting the original 2002 release on the GameCube had local multiplayer support, though the PC and Xbox versions did also support online multiplayer.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is currently available on Xbox One via backwards compatibility,
