Nintendo have announced that Star Fox for Wii U is being delayed from its original release of Holiday 2015 to a new release window of Q1 2016. Citing that more time is necessary to polish the level design, perfect the cut scenes, and fully realise the two screen gameplay, this situation is one we have become accustomed to with Nintendo.

This leaves Nintendo with one less big name game for the Holiday season this year, but as Shigeru Miyamoto once said, “A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad.”
