Activision has announced their support for the newly revealed Nintendo Switch, with Skylands Imaginators coming to the new hybrid console when it launches on March 3, 2017, coinciding with the release of new Skylanders characters and a brand new expansion.

The Nintendo Switch release of Skylanders Imaginators will also see the introduction of the new Skylanders Digital Library, which will allow players to get into the action without the requirement of having a Portal of Power or physical Skylanders figures with them. This means that Skylanders Imaginators will be truly portable on the Nintendo Switch, allowing you to continue your game away from your TV without having to lug around the extra accessories.

Skylanders Imaginators releases on March 3, 2017 as one of the Nintendo Switch’s launch day games.
