During their Nintendo Direct presentation this morning, Nintendo announced that a second Fire Emblem title is in development for the Switch.

The game is unrelated to Fire Emblem Warriors and will be the first main line entry for a home console since 2008’s Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn on the Wii.

It currently has an expected release date of 2018, though no further information has been provided.
