  • Naughty Dog have revealed the first story DLC for The Last of Us. It’s called Left Behind, and it serves as a prequel to the game. We’ll get to play as Ellie during the story, which focuses on her journey with her friend, Riley.
  • Masahiko Sakurai has revealed that the new Super Smash Bros game will feature a Super Mario Galaxy themed stage. He also released a couple of screenshots which show how the characters interact with it.
  • Sony have released a new trailer for inFamous Second Son, which shows off a new power for Delsin. Check out the Neon trailer below.

  • In a slightly surprising move, Microsoft have actually congratulated Sony on the PlayStation 4’s launch. Alongside the official Xbox Twitter account, Major Nelson and Phil Spencer also posted messages.
  • Now that the PlayStation 4 has been officially released, it’s been discovered that the next-gen version of Assassin’s Creed IV actually runs at 900p.  Ubisoft are on the case though, and they’ll be releasing a patch a little later on which will boost the resolution up to 1080p.  They’ll also be implementing a new anti-aliasing technique, which will make the game look even better.
  • Sony have released a teaser trailer for an exclusive Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes mission which will only be available on PlayStation consoles. It’s called Déjà Vu, and will allow us to play as Solid Snake from the original Metal Gear Solid game.
