RUMOUR: LEGO games based on The Incredibles and DC Villains in development

January 17, 2018

Eurogamer and ComicBOOK report that a source close to their publications has let slip that LEGO games developer, TT Games, are working on LEGO games based on Disney’s The Incredibles and DC Comic’s villains. Both games are expected to arrive this year.

The Incredibles game is said to be based on the first and upcoming second film, the latter of which will be released in June this year and will also have its own physical LEGO set. Other Pixar films will apparently be referenced throughout the game.

The DC villains game follows on from the previous three LEGO Batman titles, but will centre around a large cast of DC baddies. The original LEGO Batman had two campaigns, one featuring the caped crusader himself and the other following the antics of his enemies, so this idea has been toyed with in the past. Expect to see The Joker, Lex Luthor and Harley Quinn.

Take this as just a rumour for now, but given Eurogamer’s track record it’s looking like a good bet we’ll have a formal announcement concerning these titles in the near future.
