PS Plus Lineup for January 2017 Announced

With the new year comes a slew of fresh titles to PS Plus and, although not quite as solid as the offerings in the third quarter of 2016, old school point-and-click fans in particular are going to be very happy with at least one of the announced titles.

First up is Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Tim Schafer’s classic Lucasarts’ title spruced up to take advantage of current technology. There’s also This War of Mine: The Little Ones for PS4 owners, as well as cross-buy options for The Swindle (Also on PS3 and Vita), Titan Souls 2 and Azkend 2 (Also available on PS Vita).

Rounding out the selection is Blazerush for the PlayStation 3.

What do you think about the upcoming collection of PS Plus games? Are Sony keeping their commitment to providing solid gaming experiences or do you feel that the quality has been slipping noticeably for a while now?

The full list of titles is available below:

  • Day of The Tentacle Remastered, PS4 (Cross buy on PS Vita)
  • This War of Mine: The Little Ones, PS4
  • Blazerush, PS3
  • The Swindle, PS3 (Cross Buy on PS4 and PS Vita)
  • Azkend 2, PS Vita (Cross Buy on PS4)
  • Titan Souls, PS Vita (Cross Buy on PS4)
