Porsche Announced for Gran Turismo Sport with Trailer & Screens

April 27, 2017

Today Sony has officially unveiled that legendary car manufacturer Porsche will be included in the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport due to be released later this year. Along with the announcement came a beautiful new gameplay trailer, as well as some very nice screenshots of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS taken from the Gran Turismo Sport’s photo mode.

Car company Porsche loves to make headlines when it reveals itself to be part of video games, as it has done with the Need for Speed and Forza franchises. In Forza Motorsport, Porsche isn’t even part of the base game, however the Porsche expansions are always full of content with their very own campaigns. It remains to be seen whether there will be specific Porsche campaigns in Gran Turismo Sport, but it’s great to see the car manufacturer in the Gran Turismo franchise for the first time.
