Sony has announced, via a press release, what their booth at PAX Australia will be showcasing this year.
One of the major interests will be the PlayStation VR, which for many will be the first time they’ve physically experienced the device. Sony has promised a variety of VR titles will be on display including The London Heist Getaway and The Deep.
Back to standard console gaming, the following games will be playable at the booth:
- Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
- Star Wars Battlefront
- Disney Infinity 3.0
- Street Fighter V
- Fat Princess Adventures
- The Tomorrow Children
- Shadow of the Beast
- Ratchet & Clank
- Journey Remastered
- Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture
- Piecefall
- Screencheat
- Rumble Academy
- Retrovision
- Desperate Mile
- Necroman
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will also make an appearance but it will sadly not be playable. But fret not, for Sony have organised Uncharted-inspired events on the Sunday of PAX. These include the following:
- 10:30am – 11:30am: Keynote Panel at the Main Theatre with Arne Meyer from Naughty Dog presenting Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
- 11:30am – 12:30pm: A fan signing at the PlayStation Booth with Arne Meyer (make sure you have pen and paper!)
- 1:00pm – 2:00pm: An audience Q&A session with Arne Meyer and Alice Clarke at the Diversity Lounge.
