KOEI Tecmo has today released a new Dynasty Warriors 9 trailer for upcoming hack n slash action adventure game Dynasty Warriors 9. The game is the first in the series to go completely open-world, and also the first to launch on current generation console(s).

While KOEI Tecmo has confirmed the Japanese edition which is releasing in 2017 is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, sources still suggest a possible multi-platform release for the rest of the world in 2018. For now all we can do is marvel at the beauty and size of Dynasty Warriors 9 in what promises to be one epic button-mashing action adventure game.
