Mirror’s Edge Catalyst delayed to June

April 22, 2016

Maybe you got in to the Mirror’s Edge Catalyst beta. Maybe you didn’t. And if you’re in the latter category, you’re going to be waiting even longer before you can free run through the open world dystopian metropolis of Mirror’s Edge.

The team has officially announced that Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be skipping the May release date in favour of June. For us Aussies, that looks like around June 9th. According to the team, the delay will allow them to fine tune the game’s numerous Social Play features, and implement tweaks and changes based on feedback from the just-beginning beta.

We’ll share our own thoughts on the Mirror’s Edge Catalyst beta in the very near future. And given the Mirror’s Edge nuts that call Rocket Chainsaw home, you can bet on a review come June too.
