As with just about every facet of our lives, Covid made the act of playing some Magic the Gathering in a store with other people an infrequent event at best. After ages of little to no way to physically play in tournaments, Wizards of the Coast is welcoming players back to the Magic Store Challenger Series in June and July with some exclusive rewards.
The Magic Store Challenger Series will be held in Wizards Play Network stores across Australia and New Zealand, with over 170 stores participating. Each of these stores will have 32 exclusive foil promo cards to use as prizes, which are a thematic extension of the Year of the Ox promo cards, giving you an added reason to get in to a store and participate.
There will be four Series run across the year, and each will have a unique foil promo card associated with it:

Angrath, the Flame-Chained

Tahngarth, First Mate
