Sierra Entertainment has announced via a press release that King’s Quest: Episode 5: The Good Knight will be released on October 25.

The final chapter focuses on King Graham’s advanced age and declining health, bringing his memories into question. Nonetheless, the King is preparing to go on one last adventure…

King’s Quest’s first episode was originally released in July 2015, with new episodes releasing approx. every three to four months. All episodes have received generally positive reception from critics and fans alike. The first episode, A Knight to Remember, is currently free on all systems.

Sierra has also announced they will also be releasing a retail version of King’s Quest: The Complete Collection on October 25 for Xbox One, PS4 and Xbox 360. The Xbox One and PS4 versions will include episodes 1-4 and a bonus playable epilogue on disc, with a download code for the final chapter. The Xbox 360 version will contain just the first episode on disc, and a download code for the remaining chapters. It’s unconfirmed if the retail version will be coming to Australia.
