November 9, 2018

Frontier Developments has announced new DLC is coming to Jurassic World Evolution on 20 November for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

The DLC is called Secrets of Dr. Wu and will see the titular doctor conduct experiments involving dinosaur hybrids in a new area on Isla Muerta. Aside from new story missions, the DLC will include five new dinosaurs including Troodon which has a poison bite attack, the giant herbivore Olorotitan and three new hyrbids: Ankylodocus, Stegoceratops, and Spinoraptor. Additionally there is a new comfort gene which will make dinosaurs more tolerant to the conditions they’re kept in and a new camouflage gene for the Indominus Rex. Finally, there will be new building upgrades including additional speed increases for transport teams and Egg Incubation, and an Advanced Storm Defense Station.

The Secrets of Dr Wu DLC will cost US$14.99 and will launch alongside a free version 1.5 title update for Jurassic World Evolution. The title update will include additional dinosaur behaviors, day/night cycles and higher capacity feeders (not including the goat feeders).
