Jurassic World Evolution Dev Diary 3: Working with Dinosaurs

June 4, 2018

Frontier Developments have today uploaded Jurassic World Evolution dev diary 3, this time focusing on how players will work with dinosaurs. Jurassic World Evolution is a business simulation game where you will take control of a Jurassic Park and add more dinosaurs while maintaining their health and moods and of course trying to make sure they don’t escape and kill everyone.

From the makers of such games as Screamride, Zoo Tycoon and some Roller Coaster Tycoon DLC packs, Frontier Developments appear extremely excited to unleash Jurassic World Evolution onto the world this month, with the game currently set to launch during E3 2018.

Rocket Chainsaw covered the original announcement of Jurassic World Evolution in August 2017, which you can check out here.

It’s up to you which dinosaurs you choose to inhabit your parks with. Some missions and contracts might point you towards researching certain genomes; you do this by sending teams to dig sites to find fossils, in which you can find dinosaur DNA to let you create viable genomes.

All dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution are driven by behaviour and can be lethal to guests, so always keep your eyes on their statistics to ensure a safe and fun guest experience.

Build your own Jurassic World, bioengineer new dinosaur breeds, and construct attractions, containment, and research facilities. Every choice leads to a different path and spectacular challenges arise when ‘life finds a way.’

Jurassic World Evolution is launching on June 12, 2018 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC platforms. For more information on Jurassic World Evolution, head to the official website here.
