Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition Coming to Switch

Our friends at Frontier Developments have today uploaded a Covid-19 safe developer spotlight video shedding some light on how they went about bringing Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition to the Nintendo Switch console.

Join Senior Community Manager Jens Erik, Richard Newbold, Game Director, and Matt Simper, Head of Technology as they discuss from their socially distanced home offices the progress and challenges of fitting Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition onto the handheld while ensuring it will also look good on the big screen when docked.

Rocket Chainsaw reviewed Jurassic World Evolution at launch, giving it 3.5 stars and reporting, “It’s genuinely fun to create your own enclosures and bring dinosaurs to life which will definitely appeal to Jurassic Park fans.

Packed with every piece of downloadable content available, Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch includes all three major narrative expansions – ‘Return to Jurassic Park’, ‘Claire’s Sanctuary’, and ‘Secrets of Dr. Wu’ as well as four Dinosaur Packs and the Raptor Squad Skin Collection.

The game, which is already available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, is currently scheduled to launch on November 3 on Nintendo Switch, and we’ve received no word yet as to whether the game will be receiving any next-gen treatment for the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 consoles but stay tuned to Rocket Chainsaw as we bring you all the latest next-gen news as it comes.
