Hitman release detailed

September 30, 2015

IO Interactive has revealed their release plan for the upcoming Hitman.

Hitman has been confirmed to have a release date of March 11th, 2016. Initially, the game will launch with three sandbox locations including Paris, Spaienza and Marrakesh. There will be six campaign missions, as well as 800 potential targets in Contracts mode.

Between April and June, three more sandbox locations will be added to the game. These will be Thailand, the USA and Japan. Each will contain additional missions, signature kills and Contracts mode targets.

Players will have the option of purchasing two different versions of Hitman – a special Intro Pack and the Full Experience. The Intro Pack will set you back US$34.99, and contains the content released in March only. If purchasers would like the additional content, it will cost them an additional US$29.99. The Full Experience will be priced at a slightly cheaper US$59.99 and will include all content. Additionally, those who pre-order the Full Experience on PC or PS4 will have guaranteed beta access, which is exclusive to those platforms.

At the time of writing, Australian pricing had not been confirmed.
