HITMAN 3 IS THE END, says developers IO Interactive in this new Developer Insights video. Recently anounced at the Playstation 5 Games Showcase, Hitman 3 will conclude the current trilogy and IO Interactive looks to wrap things up in the best way possible – by tying in stories from the first two games and including some fan-favourite suggestions.
IO Interactive also revealed that players will be able to carry across all their saved progress, such as acquired suits and items, from Hitman 2 into Hitman 3. Also fans that own copies of the first two games will be able to import the maps into Hitman 3 at no additional cost.
Rocket Chainsaw reviewed Hitman 2 at launch, giving it 4 stars, calling it, “a great following up to 2016’s reboot. It offers up a complete package of new levels, additional single-player and multiplayer modes, minor gameplay and visual enhancements and continues to be one of the best assassination stealth games available on the market.”
